This is the petition…the one that will never be put into force…

  • MP’s pensions should reflect public sector workers, minimum 35 yrs service for a full pension.Responsible department: Office of the Leader of the House of Commons

    MP’s pensions should reflect other public sector workers, minimum requirements being:
    (1) 35 years service in parliament ( minimum service )
    (2) 13.9 % contribution rate for pension in line with other public sector workers
    (3) average slaary calculations
    (4) no pension if comvicted of criminal offence
    ( 5) if opt out, no pension payable until 67 yrs of age

    You know what will happen, six million signatures, but “No 30334 had atheletes foot at the time of signing, so the whole is invalid.”

  5. I have signed the petition matey.
    Lets see if they can lift their snouts out of the trough long enough to debate it if it gets enough signatures.
    Only thing missing is starting salary £19 k for new mps!
