Its not the police that need reforming…

Toby Hayden, 27, flew into a rage in Chippenham, Wiltshire, after being told he had insufficient funds in his bank account and repeatedly battered Loretta Butterworth, 22, in the face. The brutal assault only ended when a mother and daughter heard Loretta screaming ‘please help me’ as Hayden held her with one hand and hit her with the other. When police arrived to arrest him he spat in the face of one police officer and tried to gouge the eyes of another….
He had drunk a shed load of wife-beater…and his bank ATM wouldn’t payout so he punched her in the face until she fell over; then he kicked her in the head and for an encore he stamped on her face…

Now…I know what you are thinking…

He was on probation so I guess he was jail bound eh? Nahhh… Community sentence.

This is what we deal with every day of the week… Of course call me Dave would have you believe violent crime is down and these type of incidents are falling… …of course he also stresses that the cops need reforming… We all know who is the real issue…its the seemingly never ending bizarre thinking of judges that needs to be tackled… Poor girl…she must be wondering why she bothered…

Right… so what is the story??? Bank-clerk, Wife…. any links??? Whole thing appears extremly short on background.

  2. Utter scum like this should be locked away
if it was my daughter i would re educate him in a way he would recognise

  3. Brief Encounter

In my mind the CPS should appeal this sentence. Leaving this sentence as it stands sends a message to violent partners that it is okay to batter people.
This man should have woken up in prison this morning.
