Ockham’s razor…

Janet Hodgson, aged 11 at the time, appeared to be possessed. It could have been a scene from the film The Exorcist - but it was real

The case held the nation spellbound 30 years ago, puzzling policemen, psychics, experts in the occult and hardened reporters alike. It involved levitation, furniture being moved through the air, and flying objects swirling towards witnesses. There were cold breezes, physical assaults, graffiti, water appearing on the floor, and even claims of matches spontaneously bursting into flame.

Sorry… nothing to do with the cops… but… this just made me laugh…

”it’s a Poltergeist”, says one of the characters involved… ”it’s the only explaination”…

Ignoring for a moment, that the famous picture is obviously a girl jumping off her bed… let’s have a think…it’s either:

A person(s) will that has somehow, lived on after death, be able to manifest itself in a physical way-even though by definition they are now non-corporeal-then use that ability to annoy/scare people…

or

They made it up…

lol… big maths…

  1. I think the recent ‘Not really a riot after all, honest.’ events are good evidence of teleportation/ levitation/ poltergeist activity.

Hundreds of electronic devices – some weighing many kg – spontaneously disappeared from shops whose windows had spontaneously disintegrated, And miraculously materialised in the grasp of innocent passers-by?

  2. ….and the fires were not caused by malicious ignition, they were, in all probability, started by passing steamtrains. 😉

  3. Has nobody thought that social services should be getting involved with the young girl who clearly has an eating disorder?
