What the hell is that?

Let me be clear: this should never have happened…this poor chap was mentally ill. He was walking down the road doing martial art moves…the poor bloke should have been in a hospital…yes. However, he wasn’t because they LET HIM OUT!

Now it was down to us to sort him out…the 24 hour mental health team…that are expected to deal with everything from a slight headache to dangerous chaps like this.

One taser could have stopped him…but since we aren’t issued with taser we had to pile on…

Unsuitable? Yes… unnecessary? No…

Let’s look at the impact factors:
1. He had assaulted someone…
2. He had a know mental illness that made him dangerous…
3.he was having an episode…
4. He was using martial art moves…

Strong words of advise won’t work with such mindsets…

They are investigating again apparently…

They will just keep going until some poor copper trying to keep us all safe from a potentially dangerous man with a bit of aluminum and a can of pepper…

Presumably, killers of non-police persons are not and won’t?

I am not sure what to think about this…after all, why should the police be treated different from MOPS? They shouldn’t IMHO… we should bring the standards together and murderers of all should die in prison…

Of course, there is a lot more to this than meets the eye… First, Imelda’s track record with courts, especially the ECHR, doesn’t fill one with confidence when you see how terrorists hate preachers are dealt with…and the extraordinary lengths she went to save her career …I mean, deal with him…

Also…this is a slap in the face for the families of murdered daughters/sons etc… that see the murderers of their loved ones walking free after 3/5/7 etc years and having a home/money provided for etc… it’s quite sickening…

She is avoiding the real issue-the reason most officers are murdered in our country is simply that they are not armed… criminals would think long and hard about attacking an officer with a knife or a gun if that officer can fire back…

I see this on a daily basis… the TASER crews rarely need to draw or use their £25 each TASER cartridge (the real reason we don’t have them of course) because the villains know how nasty TASER is…

Ask any gobshite on a Saturday night why they wouldn’t go off to a Spanish/French/American/Polish well…everywhere cop and you get the same answer: “What? Nahhhh… those geezers don’t fuck about and thez got guns innit?”

Reversing the logic- they do with us because we haven’t…

The two female officer Fee and Nicky that were murdered by that scum Creggan were chosen BECAUSE they were unarmed-he knew armed officers were looking for him…he could have chosen them?

No…this is just another cynical ploy by the most hated government since the Romans…

Vehicle crime is down because insurers got fed up of paying out for stereos and damaged stolen cars…so they put commercial pressure (by raising premiums to unreachable levels for non-immobilised cars) on the manufacturers to make cars harder to steal and have built in entertainment centres that are useless if removed.

When a car is entered by force crime it as damage or vehicle interference…no theft then.

2. Theft…

If you go out drinking and have your mobile stolen you will need to see or feel the mobile being taken from your pocket/bag etc… if you don’t you will be given a loss number. I have a certain sympathy with this thinking as I recently attended a local swimming pool and recovered 8-mobile phones, 30-student/driving licences and assorted ID from lost property… the first two I checked on the crime system were reported stolen… We get a lot more lost property from nightclubs…passports the lot…

However, it is a good way to keep down those thefts.

3. Assault…

Easy…two people approach you and say ‘I’ve been assaulted…’ in essence making counter allegations- tell them you will lock them both up… or… they shake hands and walk away wiser people…

Again…I have some sympathy with this…after all… we have no desire to criminalise ordinary people.

4. Shop theft…

Easy peasy… simply attend and run the detained person through the PNC…if they have a verified address and the shop are happy-the shop bans them and starts civil recovery procedures…works a treat. No crime and the shop gets to keep the goods and eventually claws back the costs.

5. Bank fraud…

Easy. Get the banks to investigate it first… they are commercial profit making organisations that make decisions on the grounds of profit. If a £50-missuse of credit card costs £300 to investigate, they will pay you the money back and write off the £50…saving £250… We only get to hear about the serial offenders now that run up bills of £000′s because it’s profitable to investigate…

That’s it in a nutshell…it’s easy to play the game when you know the rules… the DI (via Imelda) needs to see a drop in vehicle crime- you ‘encourage’ with emails etc the rigorous use of the ‘vehicle interference’ laws…resulting in a drop in thefts from motor vehicles…

The other chestnut is grouping like offences onto one crime log number…5-10 offences? Nope… one.

My fear is that we have such a culture of avoidance now it’s difficult to see how it can be changed… I mean, if we crimed every single crimed with the accuracy of a lawyer, we are going to need another police force to cope… it’s ingrained. Officers that play the game are seen as ‘good lads/girls’ officers that stick to rigorous crime reporting are ‘trouble makers’ and are on occasion moved to departments where they can’t make any more trouble…

This is a classic Darwin phenomenon…’any ecosystem or individual life form put under pressure to change by internal or external forces, either evolves or dies’…

…nobody wants to die…

Ignoring for the moment the fact we don’t actually decide on the majority of cases…that’s CPS…

What isn’t explained in this cutting edge journalism is why…

Here’s one for you MOPS that read I and I that may be (justifiably) concerned…

Male A rapes female B… She reports it, evidence is gathered, Male A is arrested and…admits the crime on interview… CPS recommend charge.

Two weeks later…she changes her mind…retracts with a statement…

Now… what to do? Do we continue with the prosecution and call a traumatised victim as a hostile witness? One that may even say…”it didn’t happen!” and end up in chokey herself…

Just forget about it… write the whole thing off as a mistake and de-crime it? Allowing Mr A to go about his business with nothing on his record -despite the cough to rape?

OR

Caution… he gets a PNC entry… she doesn’t go to court…as an victim or accused…

It’s not perfect but…it’s the only way to solve certain problems…

So…just to remind you gentle reader…Chris was an MP. A person voted to lead. A person trusted to make the most difficult decisions imaginable…do we go to war? Do we have abortion limits changed? Do we bring back the death penalty?

He made a simple mistake (I’ve done it…) he was caught speeding… It wasn’t a lot…just over and he was up for an FP.

However, he CHOSE to pervert the course of justice. He CHOSE to call the Police liars. His wifey chose to do the same…

They should pay the price…

They won’t though…and neither will she… Wifey has a book deal already…having kept a ‘diary’ of her ‘shocking experiences’…I bet.

Before you can say ‘Good Morning’ she will be telling Phil and Willabooby how ‘perfectly ghastly’ it all was; how there are a lot of ‘lost souls’ in stir and… how she was only being a good wife…

Following as couple of Blue light runs and 20 mins to get a bit of refs, we came across a chap and his mate that were intent on being arrested. They had been chucked out of a pub and couldn’t accept it…as you know we have a fair amount of people in our country that have never heard the word ‘no’ and don’t like it…

After being given numerous chances to go, we were forced to arrest him…I didn’t want to because I am then of the street and we are down to 7…bearing in mind we can have around 2000 in the pubs at any one time…

He played up…handcuffs were applied and he was carted off…he played up in the station too and was re-handcuffed…then he had a coke induced fit…cue bum twitching from custody (don’t blame them) …so he went off to hospital with two response officers (we were needed back on the front)

How it used to be…

I have read a few accounts of a reduction in around 80% or so over the last 10-years…it doesn’t shock me because I see the results first hand.

I listened with some concern to a report of a man eating his chips on the sea-front yesterday… ‘what’s wrong with that Shijuro?’ I hear you cry… Nothing, if he wasn’t eating the paper too…

‘Perhaps he needed the fibre?’, you may retort… mmm…ok…but then shouting at the top of your voice ‘ARRGGGHHH I’M THE MESSIAH!!!’ (ok…he’s not the messiah, he’s a very naughty boy!) over and over again to the amusement of those on buses and a nice distance away-and the horror and concern from those MOPS up close.

The cops arrive to see him laughing hysterically and the shouting and spitting at the officers making ‘first contact’. Resisting the urge to CS this poor bloke, he is detained under the mental health act and transported to the local ‘place of safety’. For us that’s miles away.

FOUR HOURS LATER, the doctors are still umming and arrring about sectioning him.

Why? Because he isn’t batty enough (technical term)? Nope … the staff say he is madder than ‘Mad Jack McMadd’ …no…it’s because:

a) they can’t make a decision …and (b) they haven’t got the beds…

So he is released… my mate was having it massive…as we say in the police…so I advised her to get the doc to explain the rationale and sign her pocket book…

“err…why?”, asks the good doctor (the others look on with interest)…

“because, Doc…if the ‘dark passenger’ speaks to this bloke tonight and he throws him self off the pier and drowns- you lot will be up in lights when the IPCC comes a calling…”

He didn’t like that… but…I guess, like us with his former patient, he will just have to deal with it.

I love the fact that the Police are now ‘in the frame’ for Jimmy Saville’s alleged (note alleged…it’s not been tested in court …ahem..) abusive behaviour… Given the fact that the Beeb obviously knew a lot more than they let on about his behaviour and the criticism they have received over this sorry affair-it seems inevitable they would seek to try to share the blame. The police are so hated by the ‘government’ and media these days, it was a no brainer who would be chosen.

For me it was, of course, inevitable that we were going to get the blame…we get the blame for pretty much anything the media can find these days…

When you see ‘cops investigated for shooting a man in a wheelchair…’ scary. Evil cops should presumably have allowed the man to shoot a couple of them with the shotgun he held and pointed at them?

Cops are even not beneath oppressing children too… telling a child off for drawing a hop scotch thing on the pavement… causing her so much trauma she cant play outside now… (£!) Despite the known facts that children make up stuff…and the trackable panda cars were not shown anywhere near the house at the time, added to the the facts no other people witnessed it…the media and the rest of the police haters have made up their mind who to believe…

MPs clearly think they are under attack from the Police over the expenses scandal… The Torygraph has a couple of expenses scandal stories that show how hypocritical MPs actually are.

One MP having been caught out FRAUDULENTLY taking OUR money and asked to give it back (instead of being arrested, imprisoned, loosing pension etc) has the Blackpool sized front to REFUSE!!!

Denis (the menace) Macshane is back on the police hit list for all sorts of expenses naughtiness... and when you see how much MPs are actually doing us all for and at the same time, reducing my salary, pension etc… it really grates.
