Tonight is the night that officers, paramedics, trumpton and the health services deal with three to four times their normal job volume.
Those not working tonight (the SMT of the above and MPs ) will no doubt declare it a success and crucify any of the troops that don’t get it exactly right…
I for one will be glad to see the back of 2012…

I’m on a PSU job tonight at a family event in the city centre. I think they deploy some PSU blokes to keep the drunks out and allow decent people to enjoy themselves.
I suspect it won’t be like any similar jobs I worked on back in the UK.
