No! Really! You think?

The commons wants to reduce reoffending with the news that since 2001 the percentage of prisoners with 15 or more convictions has risen each year from 29% to 44%.

Any connection with the steady reduction in sentencing lengths and the increase use of community sentencing?

Lol

90% of offenders had offended before and they seem baffled as to why…

I can help:

NOTHING IS HAPPENING TO THEM SO THEY CARRY ON OFFENDING!!!

Get it retards?

God help us we ate led by morons…

Here is a true to contemplate…

WHEN INSIDE, THEY DON’T COMMIT ANY CRIME YES?

  1. Ah, the commons…..the home of britains intelluctual elite……and also to 600+ men and women a good proportion of whom use none of the common sense they were born with.Einstein is noted to have said ….everything action has an equal and opposite reaction …..quite clever and quite well known and can be applied to most things , lack of consequences (sentencing) and re offending being blindingly obvious to everyone bar the plonks making the decisions.

  2. I was sitting outside our local magistrates court recently waiting to be called as a witness and the usual load of feckless idle monosylabic mouth breathers were mouthing off about what a stupid old bunch of wankers the magistrates were (inclined to agree with them on this point) and how their brief would get them a reduced sentence they were not bothered in the slightest

  3. the shetlands have high unemployment
    lots of land
    lots of rocks
lots of cold dark sea mists and fog
    no trees
and miles and miles of empty sea around them
now what a place to build a new prison ie send some of the bone idle scum out there and let them build it before winter
if they want to swim home they are welcome Bregen is only 170 nautical miles away

  4. the daily papers are crap
